If we should meet them in the street or park, sometimes we forget their faces, or merely remember the physical appearance from the past only. Well, the only thing they can do is apparently go to our house and see whether or not we are still like what they thought (the physical appearance of course). Nevertheless, trouble comes when they forget our house, and remember only the street or boulevard where we live in. Even sometimes, the close relatives forget which one our house is (among hundreds of houses in the blocks), and the only thing the remember is the numbers of our house.

Then, the owner of the house married the most beautiful women to be his wife. But then, the house was still incomplete because there was no lively sound in it. Then, the housewife gave birth, and the house smiles as sign of the completeness. On average, green homes can add 2.42% additional upfront costs as compared to conventional homes, according to the Costs and Benefits of Green Affordable Housing Study 2005, New Ecology and the Tellus Institute. Many green homes are built with no additional upfront costs. A 2008 study conducted by McGraw-Hill Construction and the Green Building Council found that the mean price of green homes purchased by survey respondents was $296,000; the median was $239,000.
If there are any increased upfront costs, those costs will typically be quickly recouped, and homeowners will be saving money for the rest of the home’s lifespan.
